Who am I?

Since 1992, I have provided drama-based, interactive training both in the UK and internationally to support corporate development, assessment and recruitment programmes for individual private clients, owner-managed business, SMEs and global multinationals. As a professional actor, I have worked at the Royal National Theatre, toured nationally and performed in the West End, as well as appearing on television and radio.

My specialist skills include one-to-one coaching on communication skills and personal impact; researching, devising, writing and performing scenarios and roleplays as part of development, assessment or recruitment programmes; working alongside occupational psychologists and behavioural scientists and providing written and oral feedback to participants/facilitators; incorporating and demonstrating Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Insights personality indicators; devising live performances, presenting and interviewing at annual conferences and events; leading workshops on personal impact, presentation and communication skills; and performing in corporate training films.

Depending on the requirements of any given assignment, I can either work alone or build and project manage my own team of highly skilled actor-facilitators and coaches. I care passionately about acting with integrity, providing creative solutions that make a meaningful difference, and delivering exceptional value for money.
